The "family base" is designed as the first online database of this sort, a kind of experiment.

We decided to do it when the owners of the Polish Au Pair Search Online and our foreign partners signed a loyality agreement, accepting the following rule: foreign partners are responsible for their host families and Polish partners are responsible for preparing their au pair applicants. Polish partners do not contact with host families but through their foreign partner agencies and these agencies, in return, do not contact with au pairs directly but only through the Polish partners.
In this way we can guarantee SAFETY to both au pairs and host families using our online database.
Au pair applicants can actively participate in the placement process hence making the process shorter.

At the same time we are preparing to a new experiment. We want Polish host families to place their offers for the foreign au pairs willing to spend a year in Poland learning Polish or Russian.
