General information about POLISH AU PAIR SEARCH ONLINE SYSTEM.

You are the 20601 th person who has visited our web site. We are pleased that you have decided to use our System. It has been created to provide information and expert service mainly to prospective au pairs, host families and au pair agencies.
Au Pair Search Online System may only be used by the au pair agencies which have singed our Code of Ethics.
The System does not violent any of the following laws:
- IAPA (International Au Pair Association) Code of Conduct and Guidelines,
- Au Pair Convention (Convention number 068 European Agreement on Au Pair Placement, 1969),
- Cultural Exchange Convention (European Cultural Convention issued in Paris, 1954),
- Rules issued in "Dziennik Ustaw" on 12 Feb 1990),
- Bill of Personal Details Protection.
Only our partner agencies may have access to the Candidates' personal details such as home address, e-mail address, and telephone number. Again, those agencies are under an obligation to keep the data in secret.
We can all be proud of the System. It may be distinguished by:
EFFICIENCY - In fact, it is based on the biggest database of Au Pairs in Poland. It offers service of high quality to the 200 plus partner agencies from all across the globe.
MODERNITY - Every user of the System needs only a computer, scanner and the Internet connection to send or get the required documents. It can be done even in the Internet café! It is still possible to deliver and/or obtain all documents by post.
CLEAR RULES - Every Candidate has the right to choose the Sending Organization which will proceed the application procedure. As it was stressed before, every au pair agency must commit itself to respecting the Code of Ethics and other rules in force. In case of violation of the rules the unreliable agency will lose access to the System.
STATISTICS - Every new data is analyzed. Our partner agencies get weekly statistical analyses (frequency of visiting the Web Site, interest with particular Candidate). Again, they are under an obligation to respect the Rights For Personal Details Protection.
INTELLIGENCE - friendly interface - It is not necessary to know all the regulations of Au Pair Programme to enter the System. Search Online System is able to refuse every entry e.g. destination, duration, age which is in conflict with current regulations in force
FINANCIAL CONVENIENCE - There will be a possibility to pay by credit card as soon as we enhance our security system. Moreover, we take advantage of CRH "ŻAGIEL" Financial Services of .
