• - The System is based on the only and the biggest base of Polish Au Pairs, providing 200 plus agencies in diffrent countries with information and expert service.
• - The System is used by many Polish agencies which have commited themselves to respecting all regulations of the Au Pair Programme. The agencies which do not respect the rules do not have access to the System.
• - It is very easy to add new data such as letters, references and photos to the base. One needs only a computer, scanner and the Internet connection. It can be done even in the Internet café. It is still possible to deliver and/or obtain all required documents by post.
• - Friendly interface - You do not have to know all the regulations of the Au Pair Programme to use the base. A computer program is able to refuse every entry (e.g. destination, length of stay, date of departure) which is in conflict with the current regulations in force.
• - Every new data in the base is analyzed.
• - All information about the Au Pair is delivered to the Family and vice versa
• - after the Au Pair (Family) enters the System she (they) will receive an e-mail message generated by the computer program. It informs how big chance there is for a successful match.
• - Every Candidate and Family receives weekly statistical analyses of the interest her/his/their offer has raised.
• - The information sent to the base is kept in secret in accordance with the Rights for Personal Details Protection. They cannot be spread without a permission.
• - As soon as the data is accepted by the base the computer program starts to search for appropriate Candidates for the Family.
• - There will be a possibility to pay by credit card as soon as the security system is enhanced.

The responsibility of the Agency is limited only to finding a good match. In case of a bad match, the agency is obligate to find another Family for the Au Pair. It is the Au Pair who signs the final contract. So, she decides herself to live with the presented Family. Every Au Pair has the right to change her Host Family but only when she is staying abroad and has obtained the Receiving Agency's consent. Nonetheless, she must inform also the Sending Agency about the fact and give reasons for that. She should do it in writing, e.g. fax, e-mail, SMS, letter etc. She may also recored herself on the answering machine.

Instructions
First you have to enter the System. Then a computer program will give you a list of countries to which you are suitable to go. Every country has some specific limitations on Au Pair attributes such as: gender, age, student status, having a driving licence, etc. The limitations are due to the visa regulations in force. So, you should be ready to change your plans about the country you would like to go to.
After receiving your preliminary application (It is recommened to include a passport photo) your data will be placed in the base. From that moment your offer will be availabe to foreign Families. You will receive weekly information about any Family who is interested in you. When there is an interested Family found you will be asked to complete your application and enclose missing documents.
