General rules of participation in the Au Pair Programme
The rules of the Au pair Programme are included in Convention number 068 "European Agreement on Au Pair Placement"
of 1969 r. In Accordance with the Convention the Au Pair Programme is
something between a student stay and work stay. It is a cultural exchange
programme and not a contract of work. The Au Pair should be treated as a member of
the Family and not hired help. The Programme is monitored by IAPA (International Au Pair Association), which we are members of.
There are Families willing to have an Au Pair in the following countries:

Austria,
Belgium,
Denmark,
France,
Germany,
Greece,
Holland,
Iceland,
Ireland,
Italy,
Norway,
South Africa,
Spain,
Switzerland.
